Getting busted and your
home raided by the authorities is a "Living
Hell!" And no matter if one is guilty or
innocent of the charges thrown at them, the
feelings of dread and misery is all the same. To
seeing everything you owned get taken away as
evidence and, all the close friends and loved ones
you thought you had suddenly turn away and hate
you. Yeah, its a horrible loss! And the many
broken feelings, pains and sufferings that follow
is immeasurable too. Perhaps even, to a point to
where a busted person wants to give up and hide
from everyone. And quite frankly, this is what any
crooked legal system is good at creating. All
leading a person to feel utterly screwed and
totally alone! Especially for the busted innocent,
its a continual never ending shame filled
nightmare.
But what if? I mean, what if a person actually committed the crime(s) they are being charged and busted with? And despite wanting to hide that shameful truth from everyone, they know deep down that they did it and are guilty. Again, the feelings of wanting to give up and hide might be the same. Yet the truth here is, "if ya know ya did the crime(s) then, running and hiding away from them only makes it worse on you in the end." So now at the beginning before your Criminal Trial and Sentencing, its advisable to work with your defense attorney and be completely honest with them. For at that point, you have a right of privacy and are protected under the Attorney Client Privilege Rules. And, its best to follow their given legal advice too. For in the end, if your up front and honest with them then, they can perhaps work a deal with the court which is in your favor - ie less jail/prison time and or, none at all with a set probation time period of a few plus years. So again for the guilty and not guilty, hiding away is not a good option. Especially, if you truly want to heal and change your life for the better. Now to be brutally honest here, finding personal healing with the aforementioned takes a lot of work and, it might seem impossible at times too. Because as it's understood, we all will and do suffer from some form of denial in our lives at various times. This is a human condition. However working through it, is what pulls us out of it to the other side where peace and comfort can coexist to help us deal with our past hurts. And yes, we all got them! *Additionally, seeking individual professional counseling in your area can help in dealing with the tough emotional trauma you may have received too. **AND PLEASE NOTE, THOSE WHO ARE GUILTY OF SEX OFFENSES SHOULD NEVER REVEAL ANY UNCHARGED VICTIM NAMES TO A PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR OR ETC. OTHERWISE, THEY ARE LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO REPORT IT TO THE AUTHORITIES AND THUS, YOU THE CONFESSOR, COULD BE CHARGED WITH NEW CRIMES! WHENCE ONLY USE NICKNAMES IN THAT REGARD IF, SO REQUIRED.** ~ Here are some
